Interested in booking CaitlinCapturess for a photoshoot/your event? Check out the process below to book.
1. Decide what package best suits you
2. Contact CaitlinCapturess via email (Caitlinloriganphotography@gmail.com) or via Instagram DM (@CaitlinCapturess) with the following details:
- The event
- Date, required hours, time of event, and location of event
- Ideal package/what you require
- Any additional details including guest numbers, timeline, meal included
3. CaitlinCapturess will contact you within 24-48 hours of receiving your request
4. Caitlin will provide an agreement in which a 30% deposit is required at the time of signing the agreement to confirm your booking. Until the deposit is paid, the booking is not confirmed.
5. Deposit paid, booking confirmed and communication will continue up until and after your event.
Travel Policy: You can select any location of your choice for your session (within Auckland or out of Auckland). Travel from the Photographer’s home in Te Atatū (West Auckland) is included at no additional charge for the first 25 kilometres. Any travel beyond this distance will incur a fee of $2.00 per kilometre, calculated one way from the Photographers home in Te Atatū (West Auckland). Travel costs will be confirmed prior to the session and included in the agreement. Only one way travel is charged.
